Note to Our Guests:

• 👥 Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
• 📄 After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept, and upload a copy of your photo ID.
• 🚗 Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. We have spots for 2 cars on the driveway.
• 🚙 Cars parked on the street need to have a valid parking pass, and we are not liable for towing.
• 💧 Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes. Special pricing for extended stays.
• 🔥 Outdoor BBQ grill is available for $80 per stay.
• 🚫 No pets are allowed.
• 🚭 Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
• 🎉 Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
• 📹 There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
